"Very friendly, helpful & professional staff. And I'd like to add that this always the case, regardless of who the staff is on shift."
"This is the most incompetent store for Area Supervisions, Store Managers and employees in the history of this store's history since changing from private ownership in 2021 to Corporate Management. Management refuses to be responsible in it's tasks to educate employees since Julia was removed and transfered to Poquoson, VA. Store in 2021. Very sad to even pose relationship and business with such and under rate place of public environment were it's so disgusting to enter the premises to do business. My professional opinion is Corporate should just close this place of business."
"Won’t be going back there again. The cashier, Jasmine, types in her 7/11 rewards before you have the chance to type in your own. She has over 29,000 points so clearly this has been going on for awhile."
"One of the best experiences I’ve had in a 7-11 my kids where doing the usual thing of not being able to decide on what they wanted. The wait wasn’t bad at all we got a couple slices and where taken care of in a very professional and friendly manner by a woman named Jewelia she was very helpful and even let me know about the Red Bull sale cause I’m scatter brained most days. Will definitely be going in again respectful staff and hard workers all of them. Thank you."
"Clerks and managers are all extremely rude. The experience that led me to finally review this place happened today. I went in to get tobacco and was IDed by the manager/clerk. I understand that they have to do this, I even used to work at a gas station and had to ID anyone that looked young so I get it. I realized I forgot my ID at home, so I told her I would have to go get it. I went out to my truck and saw that I had my passport with me that had expired 2 days prior. The manager/clerk looked at it, asked how old I am and what my birthday is. I told her (I'm 28), and she noted that the picture doesn't look like me (it was taken 10 years ago). She then rejected it because it was expired. Fine, I get it. I went home to get my valid driver's license and came back to show her. She finally agreed to sell it to me after asking me my DOB and age again, scanning the ID, and commenting that it's probably a fake. No sorry for the inconvenience, no "thank you", just a look. I understand that businesses need to ensure people buying age restricted items are of age, but the rudeness to a paying customer that I experienced not only today, but every time I go in is completely unacceptable. I will never come here again, I'd rather drive another 5 minutes to go to the 7-11 off of Magruder."
