"What happened to this CVS? I have going here for over a decade. Service now is slow and staff inattentive and pretending to “work”. Saw one guy looking for a lost script and counting bags in same bin 5 different times in the span of 15 minutes. He was like a lost dog looking for a bone. How do I know? Waiting in line for 30+ and on the phone waiting for 45 minutes (while in line). Saw older woman in the back staring into space. Who supervises this staff. The pharmacist looked dazed When I asked why no one was answering the phone - the guy look dazed and walked away. I highly recommend drug testing of the staff and close inventory of drugs. Something is off at this place."

"Have been utilizing this pharmacy for years and it used to be good. Now, it’s a guarantee 15-25 minutes standing in a long line waiting, waiting, waiting. Get your act together CVS and hire more staff! I’m looking for another pharmacy as I doubt they will improve."

"Very rude employee. I patiently waited in line and when I got to the counter, my prescription is not ready so the guy told me to wait next to the line for 15 mins. I was waiting then a girl in glass came out of nowhere and told me if I want to pick up, I have to step back in line. I explained my situation but she didnt want to hear and pointed to the line and told me to get back in line still. Very unpleasant experience, wasted my time."
