"I went into Kay's to look at a few Nightmare Before Christmas rings I've been interested in. The staff was super friendly, and El and Ashley helped me with price checking. Another employee, Ashton, helped sign me up for their email list to look out for new arrivals in the Nightmare collection and I'm looking forward to seeing what else comes in! Their customer service was beyond helpful, plenty of hospitality and they were able to tell me about all of the different lab-created pieces available!"

"I went to kays on black Friday and got a 7 or 8k necklace for half price and I went in yesterday to pay it off and gave the person the remaining of my balance she counted it 4 times. I get a call 5 hours later talking about her their drawer is short and I owe 500 more. She tried to tell me she could see on the camera the difference and all this and I was the only cash transaction and alot more but the main manager called me today and told me I was clear and I was clear Sounds like the woman knew I wasn't backing down and put it back how else you short 500 then have it ?"

"When my grandmother passed away I inherited the first ring my papaw had given her. I took it to Kay Jeweler's in the Fort Henry mall to have it cleaned and inspected because the ring was over 50 years old. All the ladies were so nice and let me know that one of the prongs were loose and the diamond could fall out if it were to get snagged on something. I had them send it off to their design and service center and they did an amazing job! This 50 plus year old ring looks brand new!"
