It made the whole transaction uncomfortable. I'll go farther for warmer reception because this wasn't it at all."

"I don’t expect to walk out with a cup of hot water and not pay for the cup but to be charged for a coffee for some hot water. The white lady with the grey braided ponytail was rude about it for no reason when I was simply showing her it wasn’t coffee and proceeded to charge me for one anyway. You can charge me for a cup but you basically made me pay coffee price for hot tap water."
