"Would you like to be verbally abused? Would you like to be disrespected? This is the place. Last year I shopped there for the first time and was treated rudely. I posted a review and they responded with a $20 gift certificate. I went back in just to use the certificate and that trip was actually pleasant, but it was a different employee. Today, the first employee was in there and he was as abusive as he was my first visit. Clearly they don't get it. Hell will freeze over before I go back. I will take my money and business elsewhere. So, if you want to be treated with respect, find another brew supply company. This one does not respect their customers. It amazes me they are still in business."
