"They do walk-ins. Sometimes there is a long wait, but they will see you before they close the office. If it's a critical emergency, you may be better off at the emergency vet but for things like a broken leg Rasnics is great. The vet staff is always friendly and kind."

"Have known rasnic clinic for well over 10 to 15 years also know most of the workers also, and they really are the best, so so gentle and kind to all there patients, and listen to you , and also explains things to you about your fur babies…… I will not ever go anywhere else……. "We have been coming here for well over the last three years now. We absolutely could not recommend this place enough! From Tina at the front desk to all of the technicians and the doctors, this place is just amazing. We have found that it's so easy to get in because it's not necessary to make an appointment. Of course this means you could end up waiting a while but at least you know when you have an issue with your animal, it will get taken care of on the day that the issue happens. The entire staff is so very kind and courteous. The doctors treat your animal with respect and make sure that their needs are taken care of in a very professional manner. The doctors offer a great ear and can offer advice and have always proven to have such an extensive knowledge, but that's to be expected! If you're looking for a veterinarian that truly cares about your animal or your pet, this is the place to come!"

"i’ve been taking my cats to Rasnic Animal Clinic in Duffield, VA for a little while now, and they’ve always been so great! a little pricier than some places, but genuinely do a great job, so i don’t mind. BUT TODAY,, i dropped my two kitties off at 10am to get neutered. i was told to come back between 4pm and 6pm, and ended up picking them up at about 4:40pm. All of that went well until i started driving home and smelling cat pee in the car. my first thought was that one of them had probably sprayed at some point and it was just a lingering smell, so i continued on home without too much worry. then, i was going to get them out of their crates when i realized that one of them was completely FILLED will cat pee. i’m not talking a few sprays or even a full blown accident, but easily an ENTIRE DAY’S WORTH of urine. the pillows/blankets were absolutely soaked, and my cat was completely covered in it as if he had been forced to lay/sleep in it. needless to say, they will be getting an ear full in the morning!!!! how does that even happen?!? and without anyone noticing ?!?!?!? or caring !?!?? god forbid he gets an infection. this place has officially lost my business, and you won’t ever catch me recommending it to someone else again!! this is absolutely inexcusable."
