"Does not matter your status, how much money you spend or anything to do with you as a customer. They have poorly trained staff, who only help when you’re buying something. Otherwise if you go with a request or complaint or to return items they can down right be nasty and unhelpful. The corporation themselves only work on items bought from them. They will add on their warranty without asking. Store is lack luster having a limited supply of what’s in stock. A lot of times empty shelves."
