"The negative reviews here are so completely inaccurate. Ive never had them turn me away from seeing me same day if I am very sick. They are right on point with my prescriptions and Dr. Dalton and Dr. Combs are the best medical team I have ever had. The first review doesn't even relate to this clinic as they don't keep people overnight smh. This office is a stellar example of what VA medical care should be everywhere. I think some vets have had VA medical care for so long, they forget what civilian medical care is like nowadays. Being seen 2 hrs plus after your appointment is not a rarity with civilian care, I have never waited more than 20 mins to be seen here. Keep up the great work!"
"My great grandfather was in the hospital 3 weeks ago. And we have called so many times and haven’t responded once. Everyday we have tired at least 4 times a day. And no answer. For the past 2 WEEKS?"
"The clinic does not respond to a patients needs in a timely or professional manner. The patient does not want to hear that you are busy and have not had time to help them. All a patient wants is to feel safe with there choice of healthcare provider. The patients who visit this clinic are military veterans and they deserve the best possible care that we can provide to them. We owe that to them for their service."
