"Do not believe the reviews. This guy Chris came to my residence and then after multiple fake follow ups and telling me another day on coming back he then went ghost mode. I find this non professional as you had me and family waiting to fix something and leading us on in coming back with the part but wasted our time instead of being up front if you couldn’t do it nor had time to. It’s clear communication and no way they deserve the rating they have if people like this work for the company. Don’t believe the rating it is all smoke and mirrors."
