"My husband and I brought our kids to this store to pick out some special thank you cards. We recently had a baby, and our friends have taken excellent care of us, so we wanted special gifts to show our appreciation. The product selection was excellent, including some lovely cards made in Virginia. Our kids also selected several adorable stuffed animals as gifts for their new sibling. The staff were very considerate and courteous to us while we shopped, and complimentary of our kids who were interested in everything. We will definitely shop here again, and encourage families to support this shop!"

"Being new to the area and so excited to visit the area businesses, I was intrigued and excited to venture inside to "check out" the Hallmark section of the Paisley Gifts & Stationery. As a professional and many years of customer service, I was not greeted when I entered the store and no one approached me to see if they could be of any assistance. Needless to say, I will not patronized this business again. The key to a successful business is customer service which I did not receive any at ALL. #Disappointed #CustomerServiceEducation"
