"Called around looking for plumbers Thursday morning. Couldn’t get anyone to come out until Monday unless I wanted to be charged “emergency” prices. Since I had cleaned up the water, started the drying process, and gotten the water turned off to the problem area it was not an emergency because the damage was already done. I just needed to find and repair the leak. Couldn’t visually find the problem, so I figured the leak was behind the wall (damn). I decided to call in some help. Initially, I had to leave a message with Mr. Grisenti, but he called me back quickly. Sadly, he let me know he did not provide services in the Bristol area. HOWEVER, he took the time to help me accurately diagnose the plumbing issue over the phone! He even gave me some handy tips of how to diagnose and repair the issue more efficiently. End of story: I had the plumbing issue repaired myself before Monday came. Now I’ll use the next couple weekends to replace flooring. Lol."

"Called Jeremy fir a broken faucet that I thought needed replacing. He was covered up and couldn't get to me. He had me to send pictures and ended up helping me with info on how to get it out. Was able to complete the job on my own and he even called back to help me again. Would definitely use him if I needed a plumber again."

"After calling literally over 25 companies to come out an assess a job and no one calling me back, Mr Grisenti did call me back same day, came out on Friday which he scheduled on Tuesday, was early and completed the job that needed to be done. He was very nice and professional throughout and I just really appreciate him for being prompt and doing what he agreed to do as we all know it’s very very hard to find a good worker out there willing to complete jobs or willing to do what they say they will.
