"I cannot recommend Keller and George enough! From the moment I stepped in the store everyone was so nice and helpful! I have a Tag Heuer watch, and for anyone that has one, we know how hard it is to find jewelers that have the knowledge and tools to be able to take out/ add links, change the battery, etc…. Not only was Ken (the store manager) able to add a link without having to send my watch off, he did it right then and there! He even informed me that they are able to change batteries for Tag Heuer on site, so it only takes a few days instead of the month to month and a half it usually takes having to send it off. Keller and George is the absolute best jeweler in Charlottesville and I will now be going nowhere else. They also support the Charlottesville SPCA, and if that isn’t the biggest green flag I don’t know what is. Thank you Keller and George for making my day!"

"I had the best consumer experience here ever this past weekend. I took my watch in to get sized and brought a necklace in for repair. The watch was a little tricky and the kindest employee ever sat with me for 30 minutes making sure it fit perfectly (this is also a free service they offer). He also offered to untangle the chain of my necklace for me so that I wouldn't get charged a higher fee when it got submitted for repair. Overall just a great place and great employees."
