"Kitty just diagnosed as diabetic and prescribed insulin. Harris Teeter did not have and I wasn’t told until ~30 minutes prior to closing. To HTs credit, the pharmacist did call the vet to have them call Parkway. 19 YO kitty, I was quite stressed, but Parkway came through even after closing. Definite 5+ stars to pharmacist and staff! Bless you!"

"USPS failed to deliver my prescription on time. I got a prescription sent to Parkway by my doctor. I was told B y my regular provider that this is not an expensive prescription. I should expect to pay $7.00. I was surprised when I paid four times es u h hen I picked up the prescription. I checked the price on line at local pharmacies and they all were from $6. to :$10 with the majority around $7. I don''t mind supporting local independent business by paying a bit more, but not by paying four times the prevailing local prices,"

"I've been using Parkway Pharmacy since I moved here 13 years ago. It is exactly what you think of when you think of a local, family-owned business. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgable, trustworthy and helpful. The staff know their customers so well they have our prescriptions ready when they see us walk through the door. They sell a wide variety of products, from traditional over-the-counter medicines to natural remedies, small gifts, and even school supplies. I also love that they will take my UPS packages! I am extremely thankful to have them in Crozet!"
