"They need to get there card reader fixed. I've tried to pay my car payment multiple times now and I have to pay cash because they can't take my truist card as a payment. Your a bank fix your damn card readers. I shouldn't have to get cash every time that's crazy."
"This is the only branch of united I've ever had any issues with. EVERY time I go here they make it beyond difficult, I'd plus last 4 of social plus date of birth. Today I was told I needed to provide my business license in order to deposit my check,even after they verified that I have deposited several checks from the same business (all made out to the same business name as the current check)this has never been an issue in the past. Went to another branch and deposited without a problem. It seems the staff lacks the basic knowledge needed and always makes transactions more difficult than the need to be"
