"I rarely leave retail store reviews, but I had to commend and thank Jessica for her exceptional assistance this past weekend - I had misplaced an accessory component for an item I still own - long story short, she took my information in the off chance they might find a similar item from a return and immediately called me maybe an hour later when she located a suitable replacement. That level of customer service and follow through is just so rare nowadays and it was genuinely appreciated."

"I went in to fossil just to look around and boy…was I in for the time of my life. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex, and little did I know this man was no ordinary man. As Alex was telling me about this new fancy heritage watch (pictured) we heard off in the distance a faint “help”. Without hesitation Alex sprung into action, noticing a fireman stuck in a tree outside. Defying the laws of gravity Alex sprung up this tree carrying a fireman and the cat originally stuck down to safety. The act was so incredible my friends and I had to clear a 10 foot radius around the tree in the event any women watching this incredible event got instantly pregnant (got your back Alex). Looking around the entire mall, and time itself seemed to stand still but everyone and I mean EVERYONE was chanting “ALEX! ALEX! ALEX!”. Needless to say I bought the watch and what’s even better than the watch? (Which is incredible btw) is the service and friendship alex provided. 13/10 will go back and hopefully they’ve changed the name to ALEX."

"I usually love Fossil and their selection is beautiful. However, my sister and I went in for a routine battery change, and they were unable to remove the back of the watch. They returned the watch to me scratched and damaged, and offered to ship it to the factory for the battery change (with a fee). I wasn't interested in waiting 6 weeks for a simple battery change, but they had returned the watch to us looking hideous. I complained a bit and tried to get some kind of compensation for the damages, and was finally offered the same deal (waiting 6 weeks for repairs) for free. Now my sister is without a watch for 6 weeks for damages that were caused by this fossil store. No further compensation was offerored. We deserve a free watch, or full store credit. TL;DR - my sister and I went for a battery change, was handed back a scratched watch and told it would be $30 to send to a factory. Long time fossil lover, now outraged."
