"I came in today and the employees were so helpful. One of the employees saw me struggling to match items and brought over options that worked out perfect. Definitely coming back for the great customer service."

"If I were able to leave zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee, my friends and I noticed the store as we were walking by and stopped in we each picked up and put back a few items, I went over to the one employee and asked about their piercing policy, instead of her answering my question, she proceeded to interrupt me mid sentence and say “good, how are you” she says that sentences should be started like that. She made me feel rude for simply asking a question. Then when we put all of our stuff back after we felt uncomfortable, we went to another store, one of the sales associates came and followed us and made the whole store turn and look at us for no reason other then a suspicion, we then start showing her our bags and pockets and she walked away. We had to leave that other store because all of that store’s employees made us feel uncomfortable by staring. I liked Lovisa’s jewelry but your employees ruined the rest of our experience at the mall."

"We didn't have the best experience at this store. We got horrible service and when we left the store after not buying anything, they accused us of stealing. I would most definitely consider shopping at a different jewelry store."
