"This place is awful, i came in about a month ago to get my Masetter botox. The foreign nurse injector with the accent was very rude and not friendly or willing to answer my questions. I got a huge about of 30 units on each side and no effect was seen. My new injector stated that Med Elume spa did not inject it properly or barely any. At this fairfax medspa, the foreign lady injector is not experienced and she put all into one spot and didn’t even do multiple areas spread the botox in the jaw . Since the I was my first time and I had a few questions about the safety and she just disregarded saying it’s botox i can’t guarantee if it’ll mess up your smile and if she injects into wrong muscle she stated it’s not her fault. Scam they dilute their botox, my new doctor says there’s not way she put 60 units in my face because all my muscles were still active."
