"Been coming here for over a decade. Remember how they used to be 24 hours and I would come late at night because it was not as crowded and quieter than peak hours. Glad they recovered post Pandemic, but the changes are apparently to regular patrons. They common area is always clean. Women's locker room and bade pool area is a hit and miss... Just really depends on when you come. The body scrub service is a treat for your body and min. Definitely a treat that your body deserves to rid of NOVA/DC stress. Massage upstairs is mediocre, but the fact that you can soak and loosen up your muscle before the massage and nap after is a plus. Food menu has changed a lot, including portion and price. Juice bar is meh... It's not really a juice bar, more of boba powder drinks."

"Accessible on Groupon, great hours, location, and price. Very relaxing- perfect to go alone or with your hubby. I think it’s well maintained both atmosphere and appearance. The staff are friendly. The massages and body scrubs are amazing and super affordable. I not too sure but It feels more authentic than most spa’s I’ve visited and because of that I keep coming back."

"I had an excellent experience at spa world. The facilities are top-notch and immaculately clean. I have been to spas in Asia before, so I knew more of what to expect than average. For a first time visitor it can be a bit off-putting with the amount of nudity. In the locker rooms and pools is nude. This made my boyfriend uncomfortable at first. But for me, as a woman it was not a big deal and it made me feel very comfortable. The pools are absolutely fantastic. The main pool had several different high-powered Jets to give great massages. My favorite was the one for your feet. They had two different hot tubs of varying temperatures and cool pool. They also had wet and dry sauna and the pool area. The poultice rooms are all unisex and they provide you with a uniform to wear. Which is absolutely essential, most of the poultice rooms are quite warm and you get very sweaty. I loved the clay ball room. It was very relaxing. I bought the experience on Groupon. It was $50 for two people and I easily would have paid full price for this experience. I also got a body scrub. It's performed nude and in the locker room area. I have never felt so clean. I highly recommend this experience, but if you're not comfortable with nudity you might want to seek a more traditional Western Spa experience"

"By far the best spa experience I have ever had. I travel more than 3 hours each way specifically to visit this spa. Nothing else is even close to touching it!! A very move at your own pace, personally focused place, you will seek out your own experiences as opposed to being limited to scheduling for each pool/shower/sauna/steam room. You have the freedom to enter and exit any experience at any time, and revisit places you've already spent time in. Everyone's experience will be a little different as each person finds their preferences! The pools and locker rooms are broken down into men and women's, and the pools themselves are nude. You have the option to wear a swimsuit, but you're in the minority if you're wearing one. The poultice rooms, which is an open room with many entrances to many different saunas, are coed. You're provided with a set of clothes to enter these rooms. You definitely get your money's worth with general admin, but make sure you anticipate spending a bit more on yummy boba and an incredible Korean restaurant, you're going to want it! I have also tried their shortest time body scrub, in which the staff member delivered on scrubbing absolutely every inch of me... I've never felt so clean in my entire life! One of my favorite parts about this place is that your general ticket allows you access to their facility for an open ended amount of time, and I find myself spending quite a few hours there just fully relaxing and enjoying their baths and saunas. This is a spa I'll be visiting time and time again, multiple times a year for as long as they're around!"
