"I have medicaid which pays for all of my prescriptions while I'm pregnant and they tried to charge me 91.00 for my diabetic test strips. If anything happens to me or my child while yall trying to.commit fraud I will sue yall"
"I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but their service has really declined and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I had called in a refill 2 days prior to actually picking it up and when I went there to get it, I was told they hadn't filled it yet, with the excuse of being "short of help." I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to finally fill the script and then wait in line again to pick it up! Recently a doctor had called in a script shortly after 6PM and when I called them on my way over to get it as they close at 7PM, no one answered the phone and this was with 4 attempts to call them to make sure it was filled. Suffice to say, I didn't get it that evening and when I called the next morning at 10:00AM, when they opened up the phone would ring and ring in the pharmacy with no one picking up the phone at all. Again after three attempts, I finally called back and spoke with the store manager about this and she transferred me over to the pharmacy who finally picked up after 8 rings. I was told I would have to wait about 30 minutes for them to fill it. I don't know whether it is because they have a new pharmacist or whether they just don't have the help due to scheduling problems? But I am thinking about finding another pharmacy that has enough staff to fill the prescriptions as they come in without excuses!"
"This pharmacy was great for few months but I have no idea what happened. Past 3 months every since I called my medicine in. It will say it be ready I get call. When I get to the pharmacy drive thru closed wait in line 10 minutes or 20 for them to say it’s not ready give it 30 minutes. After that I switch to Walgreens pharmacy no problems!"
"The worst pharmacy staff! Their phone lines have been down and they do not care to have them fixed. I had to go to the pharmacy to find out my prescription was not ready. I was told they had sent the RX to my doctors office for a refill and they had denied it. I spoke to my doctors office to find out that was not true at all. Kroger did not even send my refill request (that i sent in 3 times) until I came into the pharmacy last night"
"This pharmacy has plummeted to the bottom of the barrel! They have become the worst to deal with. They will not answer their phone during business hours, they do not fill your prescriptions for days leaving you without needed medication. They have no clue how to file with WorkmansComp and then will look you in the eye expecting you to pay out of pocket. They always have the excuse there’s not enough people working but the times I’ve been there there’s the same if not more people standing around. I’d rather they looked you in the eye and say they have no clue what they’re doing instead of blaming it on Covid"
