"Have really loved MVMT so far!! One of the biggest things is that every instructor greets me by name. I had gone to a gym for 6 months and had to introduce myself almost every class; it’s not like that at MVMT. Plus, the 45 mins are packed with sweaty, fun, challenging movements that keep me feeling good all day. Overall a great gym with inclusive vibes. Highly recommend, especially if new to the area."
