"I was looking for something physically and mentally engaging to keep in shape - I come from a dance/circus background, so regular gyms don't cut it. I felt welcome at KravWorks despite not having any experience with martial arts. The classes I've attended have had tough but adaptable conditioning, just the right amount of friendly sarcasm, and partner drills to work on technique and keep it interesting.
