"The team at Bull Dawg is phenomenal! Following an ACL tear, I started working with Tammy to prepare for surgery. For my post-surgery rehab, the care I received was amazing. Physical therapy can be really hard work, and post-surgery recovery is not a linear experience, and I felt like I had a real partner supporting me through every step. Tammy knew when she could push me and when I needed to take a moment. The constant evaluation of my progress, tweaking of my home exercise program, and varied in-session massage, dry needling, exercises, and stretching made me feel like I was never just going through motions. I've had PT elsewhere and the experience at Bull Dawg was so much better. It felt personal, customized, and responsive. Instead of checking boxes, I was listened to every single time and given interventions that I needed. Thanks to their expertise in athletic training, Bull Dawg had me back on the ski slopes about 9 months after surgery! And when I found myself with another unrelated injury a year after surgery, Bull Dawg was fantastic again to help me get the support I needed for a herniated disc. Now, I go to Bull Dawg to make sure I prevent further injury as they guide me in strength training. I highly recommend Bull Dawg for physical therapy, athletic training, and sports massage!"
"Tammy Robinson at Bull Dawg Physical Therapy is excellent at her work. She knows her anatomy, muscles, tendons, ligaments, where they are, where they terminate, where they overlap and how they interact with each other. I went to her with chronic hip bursitis after several doctors told me that no operation, cortisone shots or physical therapy would help. I did the cortisone which wasn’t helpful but the PT has been great. There was marked improved with Tammy’s help, she used deep tissue massage and EMS to help relax the muscles and work out the knots in my legs. I went from walking with pain for 20 minutes a day to taking a 3.25 mile walk without pain or problems and able to do yard work for 2 hours. She’s very knowledgeable on how much and what kind of activities one can do given the status quo of the injury. She attends annual meetings with doctors, nurses and other physical therapists which keeps her apprised of anything new or useful to her practice. Three weeks ago I had two knee replacements and now will go to Tammy to help strengthen my legs so that I can get back to the very active lifestyle I’ve been missing. Hiking, tennis, hours of yard work and lots of fast walking. She owns her own thriving practice which includes several other physical therapists, Pilates Reformer classes etc.. I highly recommend her and her practice."
"Bull Dawg is an amazing place. I've seen Aura for physical therapy for post birth back pain and overall weakness. She knew exactly how to help me using pilates as well as other PT to strengthen my core and pelvic floor and she ultimately solved my back pain issues. I feel great and am now taking her pilates reformer class which has also been extremely beneficial. I can't recommend Aura enough - she is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and I'm so thankful to her for getting my back in shape to deal with all the craziness of motherhood with two children!"
"Bull Dawg is a one stop shop for all your fitness and therapy needs. From massage to physical therapy to pilates to personal training, I have tried it all and am a very satisfied client. The team at Bull Dawg is a big family and that shows in the interactions they have with each other and their clients. I started there with Tammy needing physical therapy on my knee which has been an ongoing issue. Tammy is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who can help with all physical ailments (I know because she has treated me for shoulder, tennis elbow, tendonitis, etc. since that initial knee injury). She uses dry needling (only as necessary) which is a really powerful therapy tool, in conjunction with exercises and massage. While with Tammy I noticed Bull Dawg offered other services so I transitioned into personal training and massage with Ify. Ify is another powerhouse of knowledge and professionalism when it comes to helping you accomplish your fitness goals. She has transformed my body. Recently I started attending pilates classes with Linda, which have helped my posture and strength like no other exercise has before. The entire team is amazing, parking is easy, prices are competitive, and I love going there to get fit and stay healthy. Bull Dawg is so much better than a huge gym where you can get lost in the shuffle - they know all their clients by name and you quickly become a part of the family. I would highly recommend Bull Dawg to anyone."
"I have had several PT related issues for years and Tammy Robinson is hands-on the best PT I have ever been treated by. She has helped me to re-gain joint mobility and strength. Her team of massage therapists and her Pilates program (Linda) are top notch."
