"I like the gym here. Always have enough space to work out and not be in the way of others. Only thing negative, would be that they advertise "Sauna" on their website. Is there a sauna in the locker room? Yes. Does it work? No. Does it even break 64F? Sadly no. Everything else about the gym is great."

"The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and memberships are reasonably priced. Equipment is in fair to good shape and almost always in service. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that the weight room is almost always swelteringly-hot. Any time you are sweating in a gym in shorts and a t-shirt, before you've even done anything...it's too hot."

"I went in and cancelled my membership. I signed the form and everything. However, they kept charging me anyways. I called them to tell them and they said i never came in and canceled, and they had no record of me doing so. They asked for my phone number and said the manager would call me back but he never did. I never got my money back either."

"Although the staff is very nice, I found this gym to be unclean and in need of maintenance. The women’s bathroom always has a strong artificial fruit smell to it. One toilet is completely missing, another stall is out of order and over all there is just no attention to detail. One of the toilet scrub brushes has been lying out under the sink for days with marks on it. The showers look like bathroom stalls that have never been cleaned because there has been the same soap scum on the floor for weeks. Poor cable management and attention to detail not only in the women’s locker room, but overall around the gym. It is in need of serious high dusting. The sauna can only fit about 2 people in it and it’s overall underwhelming. It’s not the idea of a sauna that I have when I think about the gym."

"I am not a member but did tour the facility. It was very impressive in terms of equipment and if you're a serious lifter you won't find anything like this in the area except for places like The Shop Gym. The price is extremely affordable and it's a true 24-hour access gym. I ended up not joining because I had to drive through Old Fairfax City to get there and for the times I'd be going, I didn't want to bother with the traffic. The lighting was also a bit less than ideal for me, the showers seemed a little grungy (but if you don't shower at the gym then it's not a big deal), no sauna, and the layout was a little funky and seemed congested. The perks is that it's locally owned, attracts a diverse age demographic including teen and college, has all the equipment you could want and then some with a turf and studio area with punching bags, ample parking, 24-hour access, well priced for what you get, the owner is continually looking to add more equipment and improve the facility, etc. I was already a member at a couple gyms and had access to a couple other gyms so it wasn't enough for me to join but I might join at some point if I don't have the other memberships."
