My husband and myself are still going back and forth with this branch in reference to our 2022 taxes. They initially allowed an inexperienced rep to prepare our taxes which cost us thousands of dollars. After that we were then passed along to a “tenured” tax specialist who ended filing incorrect documentation on our behalf. We’ve spent countless hours in the office and on the phone with customer service and have gotten absolutely NO WHERE! Oh, the money back guarantee program is an absolute joke! Save yourself time and money and let another company process your taxes."

"UPDATE: Called their main 800 number. Incredible customer service. DO NOT call the local office if you actually need something other than a basic appointment scheduled. Just called their office for some very basic information, like how much would an appointment cost, is it noncommittal. Someone stating they are an intern named Dylan answered the phone. Very poor customer service. Just kept stating he didn't know anything and answered most of my questions with "I don't know" or "maybe." His advice was to call back again in 30 minutes and I should get someone else on the phone. I told him I was sure he was trying his best, thanked him for his time. I'll be calling back and I'll update my rating if something changes my impression so far. Maybe a bad sign or idea to have someone not knowledgeable about the business answering phones?"
