"**stay as far away from this company as possible** I purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Orange Park during the COVID 19 era. Consumer Portfolio Services, along with the dealer, my attorney and the company that handled the purchase increased the price over 20k more than what it was worth. I wouldn't finance a nickel with this company. I had to do a VA Cash out Refinance to get out this crooked deal. I don't understand how you could take advantage of a Disabled Marine Veteran!"

"I had no choice but to use cps when my car unexpectedly died on me, but now that i’m able to refinance my new car and not pay a 24% interest rate, they refuse to send me the information needed no matter how many times i call. it’s disgusting that people who run companies like this exist."

"Bad enough to use my time to tell you not to use this company. First all this company will have an extremely high interest rate literally 28%. Staff are definitely robotic no remorse for the people who pay their company. I cant wish anything good for this company. I understand the reps are doing their job but little human reaction is present. They are quick to try to repo your vehicle instead of working with you. This is not a company I'd recommend"
