"Can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone. After about an hour of trying and being on hold, I finally got to speak with a lady who said she’d have to transfer me to someone else, and another endless hold only to finally have another lady tell me that she couldn’t help me as she was the surgical scheduler not the person I should have been transferred to. This practice provides poor service at best, which I why I am trying to get my medical records and go somewhere else. Two hours of my life wasted on incompetence."

"Good experience at Forefront Dermatology on 9 Jan 2024. PA-C McCarty was quick and efficient. Only detriment was that she was running 45 minutes late for an 11:00 appointment. Not her fault, but obviously elder clients (based upon those in the waiting room), apparently like to talk when they have a medical professional at their disposal. I don't have a solution, but also cannot give 5 stars because of the delay."
