"Once again, this store has by far one of the worst customer service skills. The day time Asian lady has demonstrated lack of knowledge with how to resolve problems and how to interact with the general public. She has screamed at me at the top of her lungs all because I was using the coffee machine to make a latte . There was a sign posted that stated exactly “ no mocha or cappuccino, only late” to me, that means mocha and cappuccino are out but the latte is ok. NOPE! She came over and said “ you don’t read, it says out of order “ I said “no, that’s not how it reads” I then tried to explain to her that in my native language (English) this is what that means. She wouldn’t hear it. I don’t understand what our world has come to when these are the type of people in customer service. Seems like she would be better suited for a non interactive with the public job. Don’t even try and go to the Asian man. He will defend their actions and talk himself in a circle. In this store, the customer is never right."

"Asian cashier was charging twice for same cup of coffee, is not first time, ask for your receipt always and make sure she is not stealing your money. Be careful Update: I came to the store on 6/15 day after first incident to buy drinks and gas, this lady was as cashier was ready to pay for my drinks when she approached me only to treat me and let me know that I am not welcome to come this store, she is taking my review personal and she is very unprofessional. I am not coming back to this store anymore"
