"I love this place and love the people who work there. More importantly my dog enjoys going. Previously, we were going to Care a Lot and my dog hated it to the point that she peed herself cowering in the corner the last appointment we had. They had botched her nail cutting and though were nice, they obviously weren't good to the animals. I am so incredibly grateful for the staff at Blue Ribbon. My baby is excited to go and happy when I pick her back up. And the prices are amazing compared to most everywhere else. As long as we live in Hampton Roads, we'll be using this salon exclusively."

"I've been coming here 2 years. During covid, they were the only salon to call me back even though they were busy. They make sure I have an appointment for the next visit before Ieave. The one time they had to cancel for bad weather, they worked their day off so the pets could get groomed. My 2 doxies always look great. So glad I this salon that has reasonable prices."
