"Switched my homeowners and auto from geico to Allstate and I am saving a lot money monthly. The mile wise program is awesome. There was a minor error made in regards to the homeowners insurance. Mr Knight called me to apologize and to correct the error and then called me again to confirm that everything was handled,. That’s the way it’s done ! I would recommend Mr Knight s office to a family member or a friend ."
"I called last September 14,15&16th Told them that I am canceling my Auto Policy starting September 17,2019 (ripped off) Because Im starting a new Auto policy to a better provider. Instead of your premium goes down with Allstate because you’ve been with Allstate for how many years and got no tickets at all they just increased my premium almost twice - Totally Ripped Off!!! I already got insurance now from another provider and it’s 65% less and it has a better bigger package and smaller deductible. But Allstate isn’t canceling my policy with them till now September 28 And they still want to collect money from me for the month of September 17 to October 17,2019 I can see it from my mobile app! Called the Allstate Corporate Office to escalate this situation, Hopefully I will be still treated appropriately with a world class customer service My experience with this Agent is Traumatizing Now Learned my Lesson"
