"People are friendly. It's convenient for picking up quickly but I gave them 4 stars because I had to go 3 different times to get my concealer. For whatever reason there were a few sections that were not restocked. The first 2 times no one asked if I needed help and I waited at the front counter for about 10mins for someone just to ask when they would get it in. They were nice and said I could order online. The 3rd time someone came up to me asked if I needed help, then proceeded to let me know that my concealer was slightly different and came in powder or liquid. She helped me test both. If I didn't get help this time I probably would have gone to Sephora."

"This store rocks!! The staff is friendly and super supportive. I want to personally thank Ryan who helped me at a difficult time. My face was inflamed and red for several weeks, (never figured out why but probably allergies). In desperation I went to Ulta seeking a proper moisturizer and concealer. I was not feeling well and was embarrassed about my condition. Ryan was very kind and spent A LOT of time helping me find the right products—which were great. I usually randomly try things because I’m somewhat self conscious about asking for help. No more!! Thanks Ryan for your empathy and all the staff there for maintaining a fun and respectful experience!!"
