"Staff is not very willing to help customers. They are never friendly, polite at best, but don't seem very willing to "help". Not a lot of selection, but a bit more up on current trends. After receiving a reply from Pet World, l went back. Worse than before! Ok, maybe it's just me? Went back one more time for a friend, and Pet World didn't let me down. 3 strikes rule applies."

"I gave 5 because everyone their today Sunday 3 / 5/ 2023 was very helpful. I've been looking for a tokay gecko since January with no luck what so ever. I stopped just to look around guess what they had what I thought was one and was told their was 2 not wanting 2 but ame home with 2. The guy was busy moving and cleaning tanks but took time out to help me with all my crazy questions and to make sure this what I wanted. Very knowledgeable of animals here. Most pet store are just like oh hell it's just another sale for us. I will come back again."

"We definitely love this place, we got our goldendoodle here back in 2019, and throughout the years we have been getting different fishies and supplies from them as well, staffs are very knowledgeable, Sheree is such a great owner and very friendly. Yes there are times I have complained about something the employee did or did not do but Sheree addressed them and handled it professionally. There's always some flaws but overall I 100% recommend this place."
