"All the employees are very friendly and helpful. The store always seems well stocked. The bag of dog food I needed was on a top shelf and the employee was more than willing to get it for me. He was then waiting to carry it to my car. A great place! Plus I like how you can buy food to donate to local rescues/shelters."

"All the grooming staff we were familiar with were gone when i dropped him off for his appointment. They've always done beautiful work and said nothing but good things about my dogs temperament. The new staff said he was fidgety and the cut shows it. His fur is different lengths all over, they missed a bunch of his nails and they didn't trim his ears at all or bathe his head as he still has the same gravy from his breakfast in his mustache. I got a comment about needing to get him neutered. I need to find the women who worked here before because i can't risk spending over 100$ again for this kind of experience."

"Took dachshund to have toenails ground and shortened. Groomer said his nails were pretty short already. I said they grow fast and I want to have them done more often (to keep the quick in check.) I returned to grooming area after paying and she said he was finished. His nails still click on floor and grinding pattern from other facility is still visible. Groomer maybe touched a few nails barely. I paid for nothing basically! I am disappointed. I will have to take him elsewhere and his nails will be long by then, thus the quick will be long as well, which bothers him."
