"Just visited Rooms To Go to start the process of looking for a sectional sofa. We were very impressed as soon as we walked in , the store was beautiful. A very nice gentleman welcomed us , gave us his name and pointed us in the right direction saying he’d be close by if we needed him. He was so helpful and gave us our distance to shop. Long story short we ended up buying a beautiful sectional and Dave the salesman was phenomenal. We look forward to buying from him again and referring all of our friends. Thank you Dave for being so fantastic!!"

"I had been shopping for a new living room set for a while and Rooms To Go was one of my top choices due to their price point. Living in Northern Virginia, I do not have a local store to visit. While in the Hampton Roads area, I popped into the Newport News location to see some of my choices in my online cart. The store was huge and a little overwhelming (for me), but Gena quickly approached me, greeted me, and offered assistance. I’m not too big on the typical salesmen persona, but she was nothing like that. She gave me space to walk around and digest everything and was available when I had questions. Gena was very patient and pleasant. She gave me her business card and allowed me to go home and think things over without any pushiness. Whenever I’m ready to upgrade my bedroom set, I will check our Rooms to Go and come back and see Gena!"
