"My daughter is currently taking lessons with April and she has been incredible with my daughter! I haven't been on a trail ride yet, but considering how great April is with daughter and how much she cares for horses, I am sure everything she offers is fantastic. We love just hanging out at the farm and feeding/grooming the horses. What a great place!"

"Review written as an experienced rider. My husband (has ridden but not as much) and I went on the 1.5 hour trail ride. I will admit that I was a little anxious about the setup initially, but the horses look healthy and considering the terrain, I didn't see an issue with feet or weight. Prior to the ride we were offered helmets and told who we would ride. As we mounted our horses, April came around and made sure we knew how to turn, stop, go up and down hill, etc. She also gave a few quick tips about each horse's personality. As for the ride itself, I found it wonderfully "challenging" and engaging for me as a more knowledgeable rider. Some of the horses were moody but I can't blame people for that (hey, sometimes I'm moody too lol). We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our horses! Thanks April and gang!"

"April is awesome!!!! She really cares about her horses and the safety of them and the riders. My 5yo daughter had a group lesson initially but then others cancelled and it was just her and I wasn’t charged for a private; but essentially it was. Having this experience I would Highly recommend a private lesson at least for the first couple lessons just so they get individualized focus attention. But she did a group lesson with her 10 yo brother and the group lesson was also very good and they both got in riding time. After her 2nd lesson she did a trail ride along with her brother, myself and my husband. We all enjoyed the trail ride. It’s beautiful, up and down hills, over the creek a couple times and beautiful scenery. All the girls on the ride today were super nice and helpful. My kids both enjoy coming here. The horses are great. I highly recommend it for lessons or getting a group together to go trail riding."

"April is great. Me and my husband rode with another couple and she knows her horses personalities well and could tell you what they might do at a certain area like stop and drink from a creek. Seeing the other horses roam free instead of in a stall was refreshing. The ride was wonderful especially for my first time. Well trained horses that do obey verbal commands. Loved it !!!"
