"Felt targeted when me and and my husband first walked in with eye rolling from the cashier. Slow business time inside. Proceeded to get a slushy with my husband from the machine and while making the second drink, slushie got on the countertops. We looked everywhere for a napkin to clean up the spillage but could not find one. I walked towards the register to the same cashier I passed walking in and she states, "ask and ye shall recieve". I was confused briefly of who she was talking to but it was just me standing there. She(they), repeated, the same statement, "ask and ye shall recieve". I said do you have a napkin while, adding that there should be napkins available anyway in those areas. Cashier still didn't move to get a napkin and just kept leaning on the register, stating again, "ask and ye shall recieve". I stated how poor this service was, but honestly it goes beyond that. This associate watched us looking for a napkin, and never even came over to offer one. She(they), clearly saw the need of a patron and instead of helping, attacked me with rude, uncalled for responses. I was definitely treated unfairly and will be letting everyone know not to stop at this location if you plan to be treated fairly!"

"Your gas prices are falsely displayed on your signs. The price on the sign doesn’t match the price on the pump. You shouldn’t update your pump price or your sign price. I expect to pay what I see and not a penny more. Your prices are 50 cents higher than the gas station across the street. I will never buy has here again."

"Best 711 I know, they always have a substantial amount of Buffalo Chicken Rollers available when I'm there. The morning shift employees are amazingly friendly and polite which make me enjoy my visits there. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add Root Beer to the Fountain Drinks. I purchase Big Gulps there often and find it quite saddening not to find it available. Thank you for your services."

"Just stopped here to get gas and after swiping my card noticed that the security tag was missing from the card reader on the pump. Then the pump didn't print out a receipt. I went inside to get a receipt and let the cashier know about the security tag and she just says "ok". With as many people's information is stolen this way daily you would think they would take it more seriously. She wasn't even the only one on shift so one of them could have done something. Now thanks to this I have to monitor my accounts extra carefully amid I feel bad for others who may miss it."
