"We visited this location on Christmas Eve and had to park in the garage a couple of blocks away. The store was busy, but you could easily find someone to help. 4/5 because you had to ask for help versus it being offered. Also, I understand it was a busy season, but the associates were scrambling to find different items in the drawers as if they maybe once were organized but not anymore. There were so many people inside that we often had to wait to view/smell the perfumes that we were looking at, and you could barely turn around."

"My friend and I came in to buy some products and we were helped by Clare. I wanted a lightweight, natural looking foundation and she recommended the Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation. As an African American woman, it's been tricky for me in the past finding a good match since a lot of darker shades tend to run orange or red (so glad this is changing!). The shade Clare chose was a great match and the formula is beautiful on my skin! I also needed to replace my favorite face powder that I'd broken. Her product history search device was being wonky, so she tested me with the ones there. So I get home to compare and they're the exact same shade! (Old one on the left, new on the right) She helped my friend find awesome foundation, concealer and primer products and those matched her great too. Bottom line: Clare knows her stuff haha"
