"Arrived and purchased tickets on site, but when we came to the rink it appeared to be entirely wet. The ice was melted and covered under a thick layer of water - totally unusable and unsafe. While I understand it was warm outside we received no prior warning and manager Lindsay Hess refused to provide a refund. You guys are either open or closed; if you are open please have some respect to your guests and provide corresponding conditions if you take their money."
"Went here with 10 year old. It was kind of warm...50ish. It was my daughter's first time and there were no aids to help new skaters and no lessons available. Also, even though there was an attendant in the middle (2 different ones) they weren't very approachable or gave any advice. Otherwise the staff was nice. Not really interested in returning."
"Very disappointed, if i can just do a review without putting any star i would. The customer service is so bad, the staff is not welcoming and some staff is not knowledgeable enough to help the customer about getting the tag from the system, we experience so much delays. Our admission is from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm, we already have a tag that proves that we have an admission, the lady in the equipment service still demand to see the receipt which the lady at front didn’t manage to provide. It consumes our time coming back and forth from front people to equipment service in which affects our time to enjoy the rink. Hoping management will do something about this. We travel so far to experience the resort and this is what we are getting. Make a time to improve your service!"
"Excellent rink, a little small, but good service. Dont expect the ice to be great on warm days of course. Overall it was super fun and had the rink to just my small group and two other people."
"We had a really nice time. My sons enjoyed themselves on the ice. It was very reasonably priced $10 for 90 mins. $2 helmet rental, and $3 skate rental. I didn't skate just enjoyed watching others. Really was amazed at the improvement that many of the new/young skaters especially my son made in just an hour and a half."
