"I have been a member for two months. I take six group fitness classes per week. I like that many of the classes are back-to-back (with a short break in between), so you can stack them if you want a longer workout. While here, I use the showers, restroom, lockers, sauna, hot tub, water dispenser, and pool. Overall, I enjoy my time at the gym. Regarding equipment and machines, I have only used small dumbbells, yoga mats, stair climbers, and punching bags. Nevertheless, I see others using the various machines while I am there, and they all seem satisfied with the variety and quality. The place is in a shopping center so you will find a parking spot. However, depending on the time of day, you may have to park further from the entrance compared to off-peak times. The group fitness instructors are great, the cleaning staff stays on the move, the front desk staff greets members as they come & go, and the vibe is positive. I would recommend this gym."

"Need to Refill hand sanitizers !!! Machines need to be REPAIR,this is pure madness Make it right LA FITNESS... can confirm at least 20% is always out out of service. whole gym is dirty and disgusting! Staff needs training to deliver better costumer service , .... Studio doors need to remain close as music is way too loud ... There is no supervision to deal with people dropping weights ... FOR the love of God clean the whole gym more often , dust and trash everywhere. Thinking about joining this gym .. Don't ! stay away ! If you can, go somewhere else....see how aggressive and dumb staff gets when you try cancelling the membership. Real shame when there is so much potential."

"I used to be a regular member however this LA fitness has too many issues. I’ve seen people spit in the Sauna. Machines are worn out. Also the police have come multiple times because of fights or crime. Someone got their car stolen out the parking lot !!! Lastly the nail in the coffin for me is that staff lied to me about membership cancellation. They said I need to come in person on a 9-5 weekday to cancel, but I work during that time. I called up the LA fitness near Rio and they canceled my membership in two seconds with ease. The staff are lazy!!! Outrageous!!!!"

"Kids club is clean and nice, very convenient for parents, all equipment seating / padding seems updated and is nice."

"Be careful! I had my jacket and car key stolen from the locker room, the attendant didn't even access the images from the security system, saying that only the manager could do that the next day. Total lack of consideration for the customer, and a lack of security on site!"
