"Omar, I have frequented your store for about 6 years now. My husband and I have a very good rapport with your employees. I have an ESA dog. I have brought him into your store on many occasions. I always carry him while we are in your store. Today, I came in… carrying him… to purchase cigarettes and soap. I was confronted by one of your employees… that I needed a card to prove my service animal… and proceeded to tell me to leave out of your store, immediately. I can’t say that I would not enter your store again unless you address this issue… But, I am inclined to do so. Customer Service and Rapport is essential to running a successful business."

"Friendly owners. My boyfriend was looking for a certain type of cord one day and the man gave him one of his own because he had an extra. I also LOVE how responsive they are when you message them on Google. I was too lazy on a freezing Saturday morning to walk the 1.5 blocks to check if they had half and half, so I messaged them and got a response in just a couple minutes. They were out of stock, but sent me a couple other options. Great service!!"

"Corner shop with basic staples like bottled water, snacks, wine, beer & some perishables. Lunch items (more like pre-packaged Chinese) is on your left as you enter the store. Overall clean. Pricewise it is OK (DC here). If you're staying in Marriott or Hilton - it's less than 10 minutes walk."
