Acted like I was burdening her because she had to ring up a few items. This isn’t the first time and I’m not a rude person. I understand that maybe she was having a bad day but don’t take it out on the customer. I don’t know if I want to come back here. I like this store because it’s convenient."

"Popped in the other night and was delighted with the selection, saw the ad for the app, downloaded and decided to do pickup ahead of a dinner gathering. The order still hadn’t been started fifteen minutes after the time given in the app. No one at the counter even spoke to me, but I waved someone down who was coming from the back and she quickly and helpfully put the order together. Then, when I took one of the products out, its container was broken and the cheesecake itself had mold on it. Frustrating experience."
