"Legacy Gym is an amazing place. Honestly, I was nervous to walk in to an old school gym because of all the stereotypes you hear, but I've never been more welcomed. The trainers work with you at your level and help you progress beyond what you think you can do. I never thought I would love competing but the support lets you do what seems impossible. Great comps, great trainers, lots of iron, and a network of serious lifters. If you're a serious lifter and want to lift heavy, this place is for you!"

Helped with my form issues and really push anyone that comes in to reach their full potential. They help set up programs and have people in the gym training and working out right along side rather than the skinny dudes that walk around most gyms telling you what to do rather than showing you. and so much weight!!! This will be my gym for a long time to come."

"I'm currently being "eased" back into lifting after about 18 years of a break. There is nothing easy about it; every muscle I forgot I had hurts. I decided to start lifting with my teenage son who has never experienced the benefits of this type of intense, focused workout. These guys are fantastic. The personal attention they have given us along with the detailed instructions for the lifts and explanations for why you do things a certain way (along with the hazards that come with doing it wrong) have made this worth every second. I can't think of a better way for my son and I to share an experience that brings us closer together while simultaneously having my wife say "oh my" about two of her favorite men. Mike and his sons truly embody the idea that there should be a gym for people who love to be healthy, strong, and happy. My son and I are still building up to the point where we can really start pushing the weight we want to throw around, but I'm looking forward to the custom plan that's been developed for us at Legacy. We are the type that needed an old school, raw muscle building, go big or go home style gym. Now we have one in our own back yard. Thanks Legacy!!!"
