I absolutely love my classes, and the instructors are so motivating. I had never done kickboxing before, and everyone has been kind and encouraging. I have never felt out of place with the people who go to classes. Don't be nervous taking class for the first time! The people here have your back and will never make you feel like you're behind. I have been an athlete my entire life but had fallen out of shape over the last few years. I wanted to feel strong again, and after just a few weeks I feel a distinct difference. "I never thought I would enjoy kickboxing as much as I do! I’m a yoga kind of girl, and kickboxing always sounded too extreme for me, but some of my friends love it and I decided to give it a try!
