"Worst experience and they are scammers. Came to get a new phone line under my current plan and they wanted to charge me $150 for all without specifing the charges. I've explained them that they have a rebate promotion and they should only be charging the line cost ($30), the activation ($20) and taxes of the phone. The phone was practically free due to the rebate offer that Metro PCs is offering though September to existing users. They said that this is the only way the store makes money by charging a flat $150 regardless if you are a exciting or new customer and if I didn't like it I am welcome to go to another store. It is unacceptable and will report this experience to customer service."
