"I recently purchased a 2024 Yamaha Grizzly from Valley Cycle Center. Sales person John Stottlemeyer along with Karen Colvin and David Lupton went all out in answering all my questions and concerns and made my experience with this establishment very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Valley Cycle Center if your in the market for a Cycle or off road equipment. You will not be pressured there. Douglas Kern"

"Terrible experience with sales manager, and two different sales reps. I tried to come in two days before Christmas in the afternoon to buy (3) 4 wheelers. They would not sell me the four wheelers…I suggest going to TimBrook Honda, which is the place I ended up buying the four wheelers from…Honda was great! When Christmas came. My wife wanted me to buy two more four wheelers, one for her and one for me…again I went to Valley to see if they would sell me (2) more 4 wheelers. I told them which four wheelers I wanted and I offered to pay for it over the phone and come in at 5:25pm that day to pick up the paperwork. They said they close at six they would not do that. I have to come back another day, this is Ludacris. Such employee minded individuals they lost out on (6) 4 wheelers because my father-in-law bought one too. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else who wants your business"

"Great customer service and friendly staff. Went in for a new battery for my Polaris Ranger and a tire repair....every staff member that I encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff member at the service counter greeted me as soon as I entered the door and was very helpful with getting my UTV tire repaired without having an appointment. Parts staff were friendly and I had new battery in-hand within minutes. I did not go into Valley Cycle Center with the intention of browsing the new ATV/UTVs but Andrew and his sales colleague were so personable and knowledgeable that I suddenly found myself engaged in conversation about the new line of ATVs sitting in the showroom and the discounts Polaris was running. I would recommend this Center for all your ATV/UTV needs."

"DRIVERS BEWARE!! DO NOT accept a load to this location if you have multiple stops. These people do not care about the drivers, nor do they value your time. Called ahead of time to inform them I would be arriving 45 minutes (5:15) before their closing time (no apts, first come first serve) to deliver one pallet to them, and they refused to receive the load claiming they would be preparing for close at 5 so they wouldn't have anywhere to put the pallet. Lazy people just didn't want to unload the pallet, ended up costing me a day and money. I'm never coming back here again."

"They were really friendly, knowledgeable, and just chill. I went in today looking for my first bike and had two in mind. They took what I told them and introduced me to a bike that fit what I wanted more, but they weren’t forceful about it. The bike was the same price and even cheaper than one of the options I was looking at. They put a lot of time and care into me today and I’d like to thank them"
