"Little short chubby lady was very rude and could tell she just was fed up with the day and didn't feel like doing her job. Another lady was talking to me but for some reason she decided to chime in and was not nice or helpful at all. First lady was willing and about to write down a number for me but fat lady says, "well it's online" basically telling the woman helping me that she didn't need to write the information down for me because I could just get it myself. Then tells me that no one will be able to help me because I have to pay 29.99 for software when I make that in one hour at work so lady stop it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all and for this reason I plan to file elsewhere."
