"The store is always clean and the produce is fresh. The meat always looks good with lots of different type of cuts to choose from. The prices are a bit high so it does pay to shop around for your most used or go to items. The staff are always friendly and willing to help if you have a problem. The restrooms were always clean when I had to use them. Great place to shop with an above average selection of items for their size."

"This morning 01/01/2024. I went to Ingles earlier to get something I forgot for my new years dinner. And thought while I'm here I'll go ahead and pick up my wine. It was 7:56am. The nice cashier told me he couldn't sell me the wine till 8:01am. I said no problem I'll wait. When I went to make my purchase at 8:02am. He said the manager just left and there is nobody to override my wine.. So I went to Food City who knows how to do business. Thank you Food City."

"I do all my grocery shopping at Ingles, I love there fresh vegetables and there meat department is excellent, plus they have the ginger ale I like. Everyone that works at the store on the West end of Morristown are very polite and they have no problem taking out your groceries to your car. The store is very clean I have never seen anything in the ilse."
