"I used this business to get my vehicle towed. I was told they would be there 8am, 9am comes around then I was told 25 minutes out, 10am comes around and I'm told 45 minutes out, few minutes after 10am I was told they were on site, which they were not. I then was reassigned a different tow company after the insurance tried calling them and they did not answer. So I called myself, went off on them, then the guy hung up on me. I do not normally go off on people, but this was extremely uncalled for, to be almost 2 hours late. They guy I spoke to told me they are 2 hours from me and that then didn't even get the request until 9am, but if that's the case then how come I had a confirmation from 6:40am that they'd be there in 90-120 minutes? I am not happy with this service at all. If they had just communicated with me and not lied about the timing, it would have been fine."
