Broad bottom was great before I scheduled with them and told me about their facility, process, and experience with pets with anxiety. I scheduled the appointment and they did a great job! Best haircut my girl has ever had, she even got the hair in her ears plucked and a cute little bandana. "Let me start off by saying my dogs are my babies. They had never been overnight with anyone except me/my husband. I was a nervous wreck about leaving them with anyone, to the point that I second guessed just trying to take them with me on vacation. After speaking with numerous people about Broad Bottom Kennel, I decided to leave my dogs in their care. I don't regret it for a second! My dogs loved them (and my dogs don't like many people lol). I got pictures and updates numerous times a day. They allowed them to stay together In one large kennel but still took the time out to separate them and let them eat alone. When I went to pick them up, they were happy and playful and wanted to lick all over the the ones that had been taking care of them. They really put my mind at ease by answering all my questions, giving me cell numbers to text and check on them, keeping me updated the whole week, etc. I wouldn't want to leave my babies with anyone else! Great people, great prices. They all seem to love what they do."
