"If I could give a zero I would. They do not seem to care about their employees. Micah B, Jessica D, and Nicola R are very condescending and even mean at times. Once you've been there awhile they begin to micromanage you and turn tiny mistakes into big issues. We went from getting requested time off days to only four absences in a school year. It does not matter if you request off a month ahead, call in sick, or even have a doctors note. Once you've been absent four times (no matter why or if you have documentation), they will remove you from classrooms. They counted covid days against me. You do not get benefits, not much opportunity to grow in the company, and if the school district tries to hire you, they will block it if you're still working with them. Four UI employees quit within a week at the location I was at. The only positive aspect of the job is working with students."

"I was hired in December. I was told I would start in January. Its March and have not heard back from anyone. I completed two days of orientation and was excited to start. During that time, I had applied to other jobs and was called back for interviews that I declined because I was newly hired at UI. I tried calling the recruiter and he does not return my calls or emails. I'm disappointed that I let go of other opportunities waiting on UI's response."

"The Epic program through Baltimore City Was not a good program for Middle School Students Who Have Behavioral Issues And Special Needs. The Cite coordinators had poor leadership. Many Teachers resigned because of the lack of support from leadership. . The Teacher Assistants were always being held liable for the job duties that weren’t pertaining to their job descriptions. Leadership would cover up and make false accusations about teacher assistants talking to students in a inappropriate manner, when they themselves were talking to students in a inappropriate manner."
