"Terrible! They registered me for vaccines on two separate occasions and when I showed up, told me it was cancelled. No notice whatsoever and they certainly could’ve cared less about inconveniencing me. No apologies. Will not be going back to CVS for anything ever."
"Try to call and on hold for 40 minutes and then someone picks up and hangs up before I can let them know what I need. Very poor customer service and apparent not able to keep medications in stock as has been weeks waiting for one prescription and almost a week for another."
"The pharmacists and technicians at this location are always very friendly and helpful. Not quite 5 stars because it’s nearly impossible to reach them via phone. Otherwise, I always have a good experience here."
"The last time I was in CVS, the cashier was rude and mean. Today, Kayla was an absolute dream. She was sweet and kind as she showed me how to print pictures off my phone. She was wonderful to all the other customers. In this day and age when a good work ethic is hard to find, I'm very glad to see someone like Kayla! I wish every store I shop at had a Kayla working there. She is sweet and find and she is great at customer service!"
"Cons: 1. Closed from 1:30-2:30pm 2. Impossible to reach the pharmacy over the phone (which is INFURIATING when there’s a hold on your meds with a message to “contact the pharmacy to fill the prescription” — insanity) 3. The drive-thru shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to get through, but you’re lucky if it only takes 30 minutes I understand that CVS is understaffed and that pharmacy employees are struggling, but as a paying consumer, this is not acceptable. Meds are time-sensitive things, and issues like these severely impact people’s ability to maintain their prescription schedule as directed. The process of picking up meds shouldn’t reliably end in tears. CVS, do better. Hire more people. Hold yourself accountable for these issues, and stop ignoring the root of the issues. You’ve had success in the past, and you’ll find it again. Prioritize your customer experience going forward. Struggle spurs innovation."
